Report them. That's illegal. I work for a charity and we have to be very careful to make sure our collection volunteers are licensed, registered and legal and that includes not shaking collecting tins or approaching anyone directly.

I will do if it happens again. It's not often they target me due to me being male and looking extremely unapproachable. I'm all for charity but the way its done in our town centre is crazy.
