Its a general point. Almost every thread on this site is hijacked by the longstanding members and after little more that a couple of posts one of them will throw in some random comment (as in this thread) and it turns into a turgid, backslapping "aren't I funny" session.

Bearing in mind Moyles has millions of listeners and he gives numerous references to this site there should be many more users than there currently are. I suspect that when they see the type of crap that you and your fellow humourless cronies post they quickly log-off never to return.

I appreciate your point, but it's hardly one way traffic. When some newbies post threads like this that are a farce to begin with it's unfair for the criticism to lay soully on the existing members. Yeah we're not entirely innocent but a heck of a lot of the crap comes from the newbies who post threads such as this and especially the cirticism Chris dishes out - for example look at the time he criticised people for saying "Bring Back CPC/Viaduct" most of those people had just joined the site and thus it is us existing members who take the flack.

Like I say we're not innocent, but we're not 100% guilty either

You make a fair point there fish heads, and what you say about some newbies is true.
I cant be bothered to re-read previous threads and give examples, but plenty of serious threads (serious as they can be when discussing a radio show!) have been ruined by a certain clique of users. I think that is beyond doubt.
As I say, this board should be more popular than it is and the likes of Quincy need to stop sitting in their bedrooms thinking up "witty" responses and ask themselves why it isn't.
