I use iso hunt. But to be fair i haven't really researched much on it so some of the other three that Dickie mentioned may be better.

My freind uses limewire and says it's brilliant. I dont download hardly at all these days, but i do recall one or two torrents being dubbed as "VA Promo - Radio Only" or somthing close. And you can usually find the radio edits of dance songs on there which i found difficult to find in the past.

Someone "caps" (tapes) the episode and uploads them for download - much like you do with Mills clips.
