Really? Someone told me once that they're atomic carpets so they don't need cleaning or something. unfortunatly, this makes them radioactive and when you go to work for the beeb you have to sign a clause saying that you're family won't sue when you die of radiation poisoning.

Yeah, the engineers had moved all the machines but forgot to move all the labels so when Will tried to plug the dat up to the mics directly so he could record all the voices dry for the start of the next days show, none of the mics worked. And it didnt help when Mark And Lard were sitting there expecting Chris to speak, and of course he didnt!

I dont think they are using the playout computer system yet, otherwise Chris would have commented on it

As chris said, studio 3, the one they were ment to be using, was being used for pre records cause they had record players in there and obviously the web team hasn't switched over the automatic webcam.

Yeah, figured that thanks I think they'll probably start using the computer system when all the studios are done up and working okay and they've sorted out a network. It'll probably be most useful for trails as instead of copying them to (at least) 3 different minidiscs, they can just be recorded once onto the coputer - much easier
