At the end of the day there's absolutely no way of only allowing registrations if they are only Moyles fans; it's impossible - even if you ask them, they could lie. Therefore you may get the odd few who come on and slag the show to bits, however, most of us provide constructive criticism and compliments where we feel appropriate. As Kendra says, at least we aren't all sycophants like on the Mills site.
