I think he's quite funny, just not firm enough to be the producer of the Chris Moyles show. Lets be honest, Chris would tear Aled apart and get his own way all the time and I think that would be detremental to the show.

I think Chris gets stuff his own way mostly anyway. Rachel certainly comes across as not much fun, which is a shame. She should let the show flow more in certain areas, which I think Aled would if he were producer.

Also, the show clearly works better with an all male team, Aled is always on here and My Space getting show feedback etc. He takes what the fans say seriously, which I'm not sure Chris, Rach and Dave do - if they like something (e.g the pub quiz), they stick with it regardless.

Very possibly true, if I'm honest I preferred Reese (or is it Rhys) as the shows producer (going back a bit) but its the way that the producer is treated by Chris and the rection from said producer that makes me laugh, yes I believe most of it is scripted but I just can't see Aled being better at this element of the show.

To use Rhys (Reese) as an example I didn't enjoy the show as much when he was promoted and Fergul took over because his on air prescense wasn't as strict.

But... Aled (IMO) is entertaining and funny just as Comedy Dave is, I think Aled sould be more involved with the show as another sidekick rather than the (as Quincy put it) "wingeing old bint who just seems to spoil any fun"

i think will was the best producer because he was perfect for bullying, from his grey hair to his lack of sport knowledge (sport talk), to his days as a dj - music P-P-P-P-P-P-POWER!!!! - he was always top quality.
